Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

In 2018, Palette Bistro diverted 12,610 lbs (that’s 4,192 gallons) of food scraps from landfills for composting through Emmet County’s food scrap collection program. Since 2016, Palette Bistro has diverted 35,182 lbs (that’s 11,696 gallons) total.
